Conscious Leadership For Founders
Culture Shifts When The Leader Does
Why This, Why Now
One of the most common and painful patterns I see in successful founders is this: real external success, paired with real internal misery. They have sacrificed their health, their sleep, and their connection to their own family to build the company, and now operate from survival mode instead of freedom. These tools are the way out. Not just more success on the outside, but a founder whose inner life finally matches what everyone else can see.
Leadership is inside-out work. When a founder has the internal resources to scale their own capacity for success, they won’t self-sabotage their company’s growth.
When they become skillful in the art of feedback, their employees are far more likely to stay invested and engaged. When leaders demonstrate how to lead without drama, gossip, or stress-bound survival mode, the entire company receives the opportunity to elevate. Thankfully, there are very effective leadership tools and frames that teach founders how to live from 100% responsibility and co-create conscious cultural change within their companies.
The content is ever-changing; the context is held by the mindset leaders choose.
I built a 7-figure company from nothing nine years ago, and I am still running it. These tools have been the foundation to every constraint I’ve problem-solved, every employee I’ve lost, every betrayal or drama I’ve faced, and every media attack I’ve navigated. I am now on a mission to share these life-changing tools with other leaders so that they can lead from a place of creativity, rooted in their joy of service, experiencing the fullness of their success.
I have run these tools inside my own company for over a decade, not just facilitated them for someone else's. Now, founders bring me in to teach these tools in a playful, interactive way so that they can create conscious culture change from the top down. Your leaders will leave my workshop with fresh tools that they can apply to their lives and leadership now.
Below are three workshops. Each have 120 minute core version that can expand into a half-day or full day depending on what the retreat needs.
The Only Three Roles Drama Ever Plays
Workshop One
Core concept: the Drama Triangle | 60-90 min, expandable to half day
Every unresolved conflict in a company runs on the same three roles. The victim, who feels ‘done to’ and waits for rescue. The persecutor, who blames instead of addressing the real problem. The rescuer, who swoops in to fix things without ever letting the real issue surface. Under stress, people fall into these roles automatically, and once a team locks in, the same conflict repeats for months instead of resolving once. This workshop names the pattern live so founders and their teams can catch themselves mid-role.
What founders leave with:
- A clear read on which role they default to under stress, and which one they unconsciously pull others into
- Language to catch the pattern in real time, in themselves or a teammate, before it repeats again
- A real alternative for founders drowning in other people's conflict, one that doesn't require rescuing everyone or going numb to avoid it
The Way Out of the Triangle: 100% Responsibility
Workshop Two
Core concept: 100% Responsibility as the exit from Victim, Persecutor, and Rescuer | 60-90 min, expandable to half day
Once a founder can see which role they default to under stress, the next question is what to do instead. 100% responsibility is not about blame or self-blame, and it is not about pretending you caused everything that happens to you. It is about recognizing that you always have a choice in how you respond, even to what you didn't cause, and that choice is where your power actually lives. This workshop moves founders out of victim, persecutor, and rescuer and into their replacements: the person who creates instead of waits, who challenges instead of blames, and who coaches instead of rescues.
What founders leave with:
- A practiced way to catch themselves slipping into victim, persecutor, or rescuer, and choose the opposite move on the spot
- A felt experience of what full responsibility feels like in the body, distinct from both blame and guilt
- Language for their team to hold each other accountable without sliding back into rescuing or persecuting
Who's Actually Running the Company
Workshop Three
Core concept: the internal parts leading you under pressure | 60-90 min, expandable to half day
Every founder has more than one operator inside them. There is the visionary, the fixer, the one who overworks to feel safe, the one who goes silent to avoid conflict. Under normal conditions founders can choose which one shows up. Under pressure, the wrong one grabs the wheel, often the exact one that pulled them into victim, persecutor, or rescuer in the first place. This is the most experiential session of the three: founders identify their own recurring leadership personas live, in the room, and leave able to name which one is driving before it costs them a decision.
What founders leave with:
- Clarity on their two or three most dominant leadership personas
- A way to catch the pattern in the moment instead of after the damage is done
- A shared language with cofounders and teams for calling it out without shame

I would like to teach these three as a single arc, not separate menu options. The Drama Triangle names the pattern founders and their teams fall into under stress. 100% Responsibility gives them the practiced way out of it. Personas show them which part of themselves is actually driving when they slip into that pattern in the first place. Run together, each one builds on the last instead of standing alone. I am flexible on length and format and can build the exact version that fits your agenda once I know the time available and the group size. It would be an honor to serve your event!
