I have spent over twenty years in the business of human transformation. In the trenches - as a practice, lived daily, tested in the hardest possible conditions.

It started with birth.

For years I worked inside one of the most contested spaces in women's health, supporting mothers who chose to step outside the medical system and claim full ownership of their pregnancies and births. What I witnessed changed me. When a woman stops outsourcing her body, her instincts, and her power to an institution, something profound happens. She remembers who she is and takes her rightful seat as the authority of her own life.

That became my obsession. The moment a person stops waiting for permission and starts living from the inside out.

The freebirth movement I helped pioneer was never really about birth, for me. It was always about sovereignty. What becomes possible when you claim full self-responsibility and wake up to the reality that you are the authority on your own life.

That thread runs through everything I do now.

Alongside my work in birth, I have trained for over twenty years in the most rigorous frameworks for human consciousness and relational integrity available. The Hendricks Institute. Byron Katie. Jim Dethmer and the Conscious Leadership Group. Grace Clayton of Leadership Labs. This is a lineage of precision work on consciousness raising, radical self-healing, and what it means to take up your rightful space in the world.

I am known for x-ray vision and no kid gloves.

I will see where you are lying to yourself before you do. And I will tell you, with care and without apology, because that is the only thing that actually helps.

I have been married for thirteen years. My marriage is a source of some of my greatest teachings and learnings. I am a devoted mother to three children, two living and one son who passed in 2025. I live inside the same complexity my clients bring to me. The tension between deep grief and joy. Between ambition and peace. Between who you are and who you are becoming. I am forever fascinated by increasing the balance and health of motherhood, relationship, and purpose. 

What I have learned above everything else: a life of self-love, presence, play, and curiosity is not as hard as we make it. The anxiety, the disconnection, the quiet suffering, those are not permanent conditions. They are patterns. And patterns can change.

The secret to life, as best as I can tell, is how much you can open to love. These are the tools that open your aperture. 

That is what this work is in service of. It is my greatest joy to bring these tools to leaders, couples, and individuals who are ready to stop being managed by their past and step fully into their own becoming.
